It is likely that Eidur Gudjohnson will be hastily making an exit from Barcelona this summer. According to The Sun he is to be made available for a fee of £4m…not bad considering we have valued the Z-man at £3m!

He is clearly a class act and I believe would be an exceptional addition to (when fully fit) our exciting (on paper) front-line. The only thing that worries me a little is that as Curbs is currently dating Carlton Cole, would Eidur even get a starting place?

What is the general opinion of the possible signing of this guy…will it be worth it considering everything, including his age?

Other potential suitors for his signing include Newcastle…who currently seem to be trying to sign everyone we want. But nobody wants to go there. They have really got my back up recently, but I won’t stoop to their level and slate them off. Seriously though, one of their sites has a cheek to call Asthon ‘fat-boy’…..have they not seen Viduka play recently? Man.
