Always believe in, Savio-O

Apologies for my feeble attempt at a musically inclined title to this post. It will never happen again, I promise!

It was supposed to be a snippet from one potential song that could be sung for our new superstar, teen sensation, Savio Nsereko. As noone seems to know how to pronounce his second name, then only songs by his first name can be considered. Here’s one song that I know does fit:

Savio, Oh!
Always believe in,
Savio, Oh!

Obviously this is to the tune of the old Joey Cole, song. If anyone has any better, more original suggestions, then please feel free to post them below!

Savio Nsereko

Good signing, or not? I personally am firmly of the belief that this move underlines our intentions as a club to move forward, and to succeed. I think it is an exciting step and definitely a positive one. OK, so he’s a relative unknown, but that’s to us. He’s not unknown to Nani and obviously neither to Zola, we have to trust their judgement on the situation. The sort of money that we paid for him that is being rumoured does by all accounts seem like quite considerably, but at the end of the day it shows to me that BG, Duxbury, Nani and Zola are all taking the success of West Ham United seriously, and that can only be a good thing right?!

I’ll follow up at some point tomorrow with some Hull team news, but for now remember that if you can’t get to a TV showing Sky, you can watch a stream of the game for free on my West Ham streaming page. It’s a huge game, in my opinion a must win (what with Arsenal and United coming up). Three points tomorrow sees us push up to 7th place (pending a loss for Wigan against Liverpool) and on 32 points, which by all accounts is a very decent position to be in going into the last 15 or so games of the season.

COYI!

New West Ham Shop

So as a means to help pay for some of the running costs of the site, I have set up a Amazon powered West Ham United Book shop (CD’s, DVD’s too). If you are a regular Amazon user, you can also do your shopping in there for other non West Ham related books. Use the link below to shop:

West Ham Books, CD’s and DVD’s

I have also set up a customisable West Ham T-Shirt shop where you can add your own slogan to a West Ham themed T-Shirt. I have added a few basic designs in the shop to get it started, but if there is a design you would particularly like to see, then get in touch with my using my Contact form and I will make your design available to everyone else who uses the shop! Use the link below to have a look round, and get started:

Enjoy!

  1. How about using the old Renee & Renata song by substituting ‘Save your Love’ with Sav- vi- o.

i’ll leave it to someone else to think of the lyrics

    He’s better than Bellamy,
