The second goal was his fault and West Ham were lucky not to concede a 3rd one when he came out in the last minute of added time and was unable to clear. Although I think that Rob Green has to remain England's No. 1! Like you say, James is getting on a bit, so hopefully Rob Green will be able to make it back into the starting line up. Regardless of how much the media like to bash West Ham, I'm still confident he'll be playing in the World Cup. As for Rio, if he's not ready then there are always other options. Rio had a much simpler piece of defending to do, and his failure to do so gave Green a tough decision. And, unlike a lot of these penalties, the Ukranian was definitely in on goal, so Green had to come out at the speed he did.
