As for using replays as an aid to refereeing matches, they still seem really reluctant to go that route. I can understand the point that it'll slow games down but, if they really don't want to introduce it, they're going to have to improve the standards of the refs and linesmen. There have been some huge mistakes in many matches recently. If a player goes down like this, it generally takes a while to get the game going again, and a quick look at some video would establish what had happened.
