Tony Fernandes has confirmed himself as out of the running as a buyer with this tweet:
“Deal lost on west ham. Hopefully new owners protect what’s good. We gave awesome deal and new ideas to rejuvenate a club and bring excitment”

Are you happy with your new owners Sam?Not to popular with Brum fans at the end of their time there.To be honest I think they suffered a bit at the hands of them ungratefull blue noses.They threw millions at that club with very little thanks,and were always tarnished by the press because of the way they made their bucks.They are West Ham fans by all accounts(always better to have a chairman who shares the fans passion,even if they sit on more comfortable seats).I think they’ll do well for you and I’m glad Zola can now opperate under a stable enviroment,you should now be able to push on and consolodate.All good,or should be.Just as long as they don’t stick Men Only on your shirts HaHa.

Well to be honest I still do have a few lingering doubts – but don’t get me wrong, my opinion and mood has significantly changed compared to last week
I’m feeling far more encouraged and optimistic – i think in terms of bringing stability, they could be vital for us
“Just like my dreams, they fade and die” – sums West Ham up perfectly, let’s just hope this isn’t another case of fading and dying eh!
